The volunteer schedule will be up to the discretion of and created by the Volunteer Coordinator, Erin Ho. Volunteers will NOT be permitted to pick or request shifts/hours but consideration is used to not schedule any one volunteer during all contests, etc. Hours will be scheduled during dances AND classes, but not so that any volunteer will miss more than one class on Friday, two classes on Saturday, and three classes Sunday. Volunteer hours may also include running errands/airport runs (if the volunteer has a car, license, and a safe driving record).
Volunteers are permitted to enter contests but must let Volunteer Coordinator, Erin Ho, know immediately of intentions to sign up to compete. Volunteers must still pay competition entry fees.

1. open/work each day for classes
2. run the registration desk each day during high-traffic times
3. open/work each dance (main and late night)
4. clean up every night
